Head of Yoga
Dana is a qualified yoga instructor with over 15 years of experience.
She is passionate about neuroscience and how yoga can be a powerful tool in regulating and balancing the central nervous system as well as making the body more supple and strong.
Her style of teaching is a combination of mindful sequence of asanas (postures) and breathing techniques.
Gut Health & Group Fitness
Ben has been in the health and fitness industry for over 15 years, and involved in competitive sport at varying levels and exercise his whole life. working with other world class trainers and complimentary health care practitioners, and continually furthered his education, often travelling abroad to train and study under leaders in their fields.
Ben has a passion for helping people and a drive to create experiences through a focused program, backed with quality, science led training and recovery methods.
Ben is currently the Owner of Great Taste Award winning Fermented foods company Bottle Brush Ferments
Head of Pilates
Jessica is a fully qualified Stott Pilates instructor and teacher trainer with 16 years of experience. She delivers Pilates courses for the YMCA and is the head Pilates teacher at KX members club. Educating people being more aware of body alignment, posture and it’s effects on the body’s energy and health is the main focus of her work.
With her dance background movement is a big part of her life and it is now more important than ever since having a son.
Jason St Clair Newman
Sport & Group Fitness
Having been in the health and fitness industry for the past 20+ years after graduating with a degree in Physical Education in New Zealand, Jason has worked across many different areas from professional sports, injury rehabilitation running his own training business in the private sector and working with adults to coaching and being involved in youth sports.
Constantly learning, Jason has a large amount of experience and knowledge which he uses to educate and help the people he works with, improve and make better decisions about their health and fitness.
Breathe Work & Group Fitness
Daryl has 18 years experience in the health and fitness industry with 6 of those years working in professional sports.
Living and working in London since 2008, Daryl has developed an understanding of the role stress plays on the body both physically and mentally.
Daryl’s focus as a trainer & coach is to use resistance exercise to help clients move and feel better, whilst tailoring it to their unique body and lifestyle demands.
